The PROMISE mobile application by Promise Co., Ltd. (Thailand), a personal credit service provider under the supervision of the Bank of Thailand, offers services to both new customers interested in applying for credit and existing customers. The application allows users to check information such as outstanding principal balance, available loan amount, requested credit limit increase, payment due date, and amount due. Customers can conveniently apply to increase their credit limit, request additional loans, receive e-Statements, and make installment payments via Barcode/QR within the app.

Personal revolving credit services are provided through cash disbursement or bank transfers. If repayments are made, the borrowed amount can be used again until the company suspends/cancels services as per the contract terms and conditions set by the company (credit limits may change based on the company's credit assessment criteria, and updated customer information may require additional documentation).

The credit limit is evaluated based on customer's monthly income or regular income. If the monthly income is below 30,000 Baht, the maximum credit limit for a revolving credit line will not exceed 1.5 times the monthly income. For monthly incomes of 30,000 Baht or higher, the maximum credit limit will not exceed 5 times the monthly income or 300,000 Baht, whichever is lower.

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) ranges from a minimum of 15% to a maximum of 25%. The fees include interest at 15%, usage fee between 0.00-10.00% (calculated based on outstanding principal balance, usage fee rate, and number of days in each billing cycle to round off), and flexibility in repayment with a minimum payment option or installment plans spanning from 3 to 60 months.

Additional fees include stamp duty of 1 Baht for each approved credit line interval of 2,000 Baht and an additional 1 Baht for any remaining amount, transaction fees for payments made through other channels ranging from 10-35 Baht per transaction and credit information verification fees (no fees for failed application approvals).
